This Privacy Policy explains how the iOS application InfraredCamera ("the App") handles your information.

1. Data we do not collect

The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, address, phone number, or other contact details in order to use its core features.

2. Photos, camera and microphone

The App uses the device camera to capture images and video, and can save processed media to your Photos library when you explicitly request it.

• Camera and microphone access is used only to capture photos and video inside the App.
• Photos and videos processed by the App are stored locally on your device or in your iCloud Photos, depending on your system settings.
• The App does not upload your photos or videos to our own servers.

3. Analytics and usage data

To understand how the App is used and to improve quality and stability, we use Firebase Analytics provided by Google LLC.

Firebase Analytics collects anonymized usage information such as:

• basic device information (device model, OS version, language, region),
• screens viewed and actions taken in the App (for example, which filters are used),
• error events such as save failures or permission denials,
• whether Pro features have been purchased.

This information is used in aggregate form to help us understand which features are popular, detect problems, and guide future improvements. We do not use Firebase Analytics for personalized advertising.

4. Purchases and billing

The App offers optional in-app purchases (for example, InfraredCamera Pro) using Apple's App Store payment system.

• Payment information (such as credit card details) is processed only by Apple and is not accessible to the developer.
• We receive non-personal information from Apple such as the product you purchased and transaction identifiers in order to unlock Pro features and restore purchases.

5. Data retention

Analytics data collected via Firebase is retained according to Google's policies and may be stored on servers located outside your country of residence. We do not combine this analytics data with other information in a way that would allow us to personally identify individual users.

6. Your choices

• You can revoke camera, microphone, or Photos access at any time from iOS Settings > Privacy.
• You can uninstall the App at any time to stop all data collection by the App.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced in the App release notes.
